"Starbucks is a GREAT go to for great food, drinks, customer service, etc! The prices are a tiny bit high but not outrageous compared to other places. My favorite items to get are the grilled cheese on sour dough with a strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade. Highly recommend!"

"I ordered a triple venti nonfat caramel macchiato and bacon Gouda sandwich. The woman taking my order was extremely nice through the microphone and I could hear her clearly. No line on a Tuesday morning around 9:00 which was surprising. When I got to the window they offered me a drink from the customer ahead of me that was made incorrectly. I happily accepted. They were just as nice at the window."

"Drive through for drinks. Very consistent service and the drinks were as ordered and very good. Starbucks as a chain is getting pricy since it's now $14 for two cold drinks. So we will be cutting the number of time we stop per month in half. It's always good but everything has a limit."

"I meant to post this during the holidays and I completely forgot until now. I went in one evening on a Saturday and it was 9:29. I had no idea that they closed at 9:30, I was trying to pick up hot chocolate before going to look at Christmas lights. Anyhow, I walked in and asked what time they closed and Eliana told me they close at 9:30. I looked at my watch with complete horror being “that customer.” I told Elaina I would leave and I was so apologetic having worked in customer service myself, but I just wanted to mention how kind she was. She smiled, she was gracious and she treated me like any other customer regardless of the time. I was so grateful that I was able to go look at Christmas lights and not freeze! My hot chocolate was made perfect and she even asked me if I wanted a little mocha drizzle added on top instead of rushing to make my drinks and get me out the door. Instead of being rude or irritable towards me, she was professional, she was kind, she was helpful. She went the extra mile. I was so very appreciative. Thank you."

"Just had an amazing experience I had to brag about today. The barista Kylie I('m not sure if I'm spelling it right) is absolutely amazing!! Its red cup day which I know is a busy day for all Starbucks. I called another store to see if they had any cups left and was told yes it would be with my pickup order to find out they gave away my cups before I got there. I was a little upset because literally was told 5 min before they had mine put aside. I'm not a mean person and just said ok I'll try another one and tried this location at Douglas and Main. I called and talked to Kylie and she made sure ingot my cup. She is absolutely amazing. I know it's just a cup but her customer service and kindness is exactly what you would want in a person"
